A DOCUMENTARY WORTH SEEING....
I was totally entertained for around 3 hours in one DVD. This little gem of a film is loaded with great viewing time. Talk about breath taking beauty Iceland is loaded with it. Wrath of Gods not only has the back drop of Iceland to well coat your visual senses but it has the appetizer, main course, and delectible extras for dessert. The first seventy minutes throws you into hurricane force winds, spewing volcanoes, peltering rain, in a filmmaker's night mare from hell. The director of Wrath of Gods, Jon Gustafsson, an Icelandic native, does an excellent job of making you feel all the pain, yet see the underlying humor in it all. Add almost two hours of extras, literally "bonus" material to the deal and your hunger to be entertained, enthralled, and awe struck and stuffed with a feast of viewing pleassure. I laughed, almost cried, and at the end applauded Jon Gustafsson for one delightful film, and also the cast and crew of Bewoulf and Grendel, all troopers to the end. Not a bad line up in this one, Gerard Butler and Stellan Skarsgard (look for my what I have to say about his Mama Mia soon).
